For the purpose of State Reform Action Plan 2019, Jammu & Kashmir has been evaluated as a State since the reforms have been implemented jointly. However, from next exercise onward, Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh will be considered as separate Union Territories.
States and UTs must respond to clarifications within 15 days of being raised. Clarifications may be raised a maximum of 3 times for each reform point.
The deadline for submission of reform implementation evidence by States/UTs is 14th August 2019.
- Reform point mapping of BRAP 2019 with BRAP 2017-18
- List of Reforms from BRAP 2017-18 which have been omitted in BRAP 2019 exercise
- Form to highlight the approved reform points for which States intend to retain evidence submitted under BRAP 2017-18
- The implementation deadline for BRAP 2019 is 15th June 2019. The user data for feedback has to be provided to the Department by 30th June 2019.
