Limit the maximum number of adjournments that can be granted in commercial disputes

When the reader adjourns the case for the 4th time, a pop up menu appears when he selects the Case Adjourned option from drop down which states - This is the last adjournment under normal circumstances. You cannot further adjourn the case except for unforeseen and exceptional circumstances. Details
