Approved View File One can track the status of pending cases using eCourts application. The reason of pendency is also highlighted which may be due to adjournment as one of the many reasons. The system also shows the reason of adjournment for a particular case. A court order for a particular case is also attached which gives an example where not more than three adjournments were allowed as per the Code of Civil Procedure Order XVII Rule 1. Details
